I think you can go to them with the go to dialog control+g. Use
shift+tab to access the list of things you can go to such as bookmarks
pages etc. Then tab to access the list of items of that type, then tab
again to hit the go to button.
But, as to whether you can be notified while you are just cursoring
through, I don't know of a way but I suspect that it is possible. After
reading the jaws scripting manual and all the discussion of the common
object model, I expect you can get at that kind of information from word
if you took the time to dig into it. Sounds like a really nice thing for
the experts at HJ to do.
