Hi Kelly, this one had me curious too. Make sure under view in the menu
bar that you have page layout checked. This then, physically displays any
footer/header and end/foot notes. I can then read Footer/headers with the
jaws cursor. I can read the text in footnotes with the PC cursor. One
thing I did notice, though, is that if you do a Ctrl + end to say move to
end of the document that you must tap the down arrow once more to land in
that end note.
There is another way to search for this and that is to use the Find
command. Once inside this dialogue box, get to More button and hit enter
(alternative hotkey is Alt + m). Then find the Format Button (hotkey is
Alt + o). Arrow down in this combo box to Style (or tap s). Here you are
presented with a list of style types such as footnote or endnote text.
Choose what you want and Hit enter.
Dont know how fast and efficient this actually is, but suppose a Word Macro
could be done to get you there faster.
