defragmenting with jfw32

Hi Listers,

I have two questions concerning defragmenting.

1.  Can I defragment without removing jfw32 authorization of the computer?

2.  I read on the list a week or so ago that jfw32 might prevent
defragmenting after about 10% complete.  I didn't read any response about
this situation.  Is this true?
