Hi Ivan:
I have had a similar problem for some time, going back to JFW3.0. I don't
know if it is JFW related or not. I lost the ctrl+alt+d, which was assigned
to the DOS prompt. I had to reassign the DOS prompt to ctrl+alt+p and I
still can't use the ctrl+alt+p.
