As for it being definitive, I am not the programmer, but I do manage the
Braille access for PC products at Blazie so I don't expect you will find a
more definitive answer.
As for your comment that it's a shame, I understand; but it's tough to
justify putting more resources in to a dos product and particularly one
that doesn't offer really good dos support. I doubt if many windows users
use JFW for DOS functions.
Now there is an interest in creating a product that will make the Braille
Lite a keyboard for the PC, but that isn't part of Jaws. I don't mean to
create lots of mail or confusion on this, I'm just making the comment about
the keyboard product as a way of indicating that we hear the need
occasionally and want to address it when the time and resources are available.
