Thanks for the response, but yes, I did try that and they are all the same
color/attribute.  Being able to set the current label's attributes would
solve a lot of database problems regardless the screen reader brand--if you
could have the field's label and contents field change to an attribute that
is the same for themselves, but different from all the other fields/labels
on the screen, then it would be a no-brainer on getting it to act
speech-friendly.
