Arrow down to IRCII. Unzip the files into a subdirectory; there are over
200 files. There are two short text files to read. You mak a few changes
to the ircii.ini file and copy it into your Windows directory. You then
get started by entering IRC at the RUN prompt in the PROGRAMS menu. Good
luck! Bye the way, you should use it with "say all" on and you should
make a silent frame for the clock and "help" prompt or they will keep
speaking and drive you crazy.
