Firstly, make sure that her display settings are the same.  We have a
machine at work that periodically changes settings on us without warning.
Secondly, why not have her go back to eloquence and see if she is still
losing the ends of her lines.
If so, sounds like a jaws problem, if not, sounds like a synthesizer
problem.
