I have just visited www.ac.org "Skip Navigation Links", and I got "Welcom
to ACB, 52K, (d), then some text about the Washington Connection, etc. I
use JFW 3.2.31 with IE4.01 and I haven't noticed anything odd with JFW on
that site.
