I don't know why JFW starts reading so far down the screen after we choose
"Skip Navigation". Maybe one of those focus anomalies? Any IE5 users have
better experiences?
One remaining advantage of "Skip Navigation" is that when you are tabbing
through the links it skips the rest of the nav bar links. Saves you 8 or 9
TAB
keystrokes per page.
