I want you to try something.
enter the jfw configuration manager.
press ctrl-shift-d
click on set options, then advanced options
uncheck the box that says "use dos screenreader for dos applications"
Now your virus programs should talk when a virus is found, even when a dos
box pops up, because you've just configured jfw to act like a dos
screenreader when a dos box comes up.
