Adjusting field width in Outlook 98

Hi listers,

In a recent post, someone referred to adjusting the width of the fields in
the Outlook 98 viewing window.  The Outlook Help describes how to do this
only with the mouse.  Can this be done using the JAWS cursor, or is there a
way to do it with keystrokes?
