Scripts seem to have been lost

Hello list,
    I changed some of the JFW settings for a program I use allot and I also
reassigned the window class.  Now, when I go into that program it acts like
I never made those changes.  I noticed that the graphics I labeled are still
labeled, but the screen echo settings are changed and the class of the
window changed too.
Any ideas why this might happen?
