I would not like to see the insert+h command modified that way. all the
JFW dialogs like that hardly ever work correctly. I would rather see an
option for the keystrokes  or other commands have an option, ListBox or 
standard command similar to insert s or insert+h. these other commands
have never failed. but since some peope prefer the list boxes, they
should have the option. until HJ perfects the dialog list boxes apearing,
they should not replace all the other commands.
