one thing I do is when I press insert f1(twice) I press control+c and
copy to clip bord, then I run wordpad and control+p paste from clip board
and then find the section for keystrokes. I then don't have to read most
of the help.
just a sugustion. hope it helps
also I think that the insert+h in addition to giving hotkey help, in word
or another application, should give "some hot keys for general use in
word. not just the standard of what is already there.
