Dear Counselor, thanks for the informative message. I appreciate the
suggestions. I do have ICQ 99-A, and I do have trouble with messages. I
will try to do Say All, and the other things you have suggested. You
addressed two of my concerns, and I appologize for not being more specific,
but I am ignorant enough not to always know specifically what to ask, but
thanks to you and others like yourself who are willing to guide and mentor
us novice computer users. You are greatly valued and appreciated. Have a
