nh322pm.zip is probably the file you want if you do windows95 or windows98.
windows 3.x and msdos need nh322rm.zip.
Many other similar games also exist on that site as well.
A sighted friend plays nethack on windows since I turned him onto the game.

Unfortunately there's no windows nt version of the game available yet.
Well maybe I better not say that either.
Unix programs can be made to work under windows nt.
emacs is one that will.
So perhaps someone will compile unix source code for nethack and other games
on that and other sites to work under nt eventually.
