Hi, Jerry. Yes, Acrobat Reader will read PDF files. If you are asking me
if it works out of the box with speech or Braile, the answer is no. You
will need to download a plug-in or an add-on to make it talk or work in
Braille. It is called Acrobat Access and it can be gotten from Adobe at
http://access.adobe.com. We have just had a whole round of discussion on
this so if you would like more info, please e-mail me privately and I'll be
happy to do what I can.
