their is never a reason to do anything here except turn stuff off.
that is in the menu,  all else can be done with the jfw cursor, which is slow.
the menu does not require the jfw cursor, under options to turn stuff off if i
remember right.

try 
win 98 or 95 start key

letter p for program

letter n for norton utilities
once in the sub menu pick what you want to use.
