I'm not sure about moving folders, but you can create folders within a
folder. Just be on the folder you want to add the new one to and go to the
file pull down menue with alt F and arrow down about four or five to
folders... . Hit enter to create new folder and put the new folder name. It
does put the folder within the specified folder, how ever, when I did it I
had a problem with jaws reading the new folder name. I had a sighted
colleague look to varify if it was there, but jaws wouldn't read it.
To change settings go to the tools pull down menue with alt T and go to
options.
