Hi Bill,
If you want to move an account, mailboxes, address books, etc. from one
machine to another go to your hard drive, then to program files, then to
outlook expres. You'll end up on a folder that is your account
information, for example, mine is dmehler, yours is the name of the user
of a particular account. Inside that folder are two additional folders,
mail and news. This is where mail and news information is stored. To take
it from system to system copy the toplevel folder, in my case, the
dmehler folder. You'll also need to go to the windows folder then to
application data then to outlook express. You'll find a mail and news set
there as well. Copy and replace those on the alternate machine.
I do not know if outlook express can do folder within folder.
