I tried the no-frames approach, but regrettably, it didn't help on my
system. At this point I confess, I don't really know just what's going
on here, but it's more serious than a single application such as
hotmail. You'll remember I said earlier that I get the same problem
accessing anything in Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition.
That really is disturbing, because a screen reader is going to have to
handle such applications if blind and severely visually impaired persons
are ever going to succeed as developers...And I see no reason why this
shouldn't be possible.
