you have too many items on your programs menu. what you need to do is
combine some things to one folder. if you use Office , put all the
shortuts in one folder. you can explorr the start menu by pressing "left
windows" or "right windows" or ctrl+ esxape followed by "application"
then arrow to "open" then press enter. or you can type the path in the
run dialog:
c:\windows\start menu
and you are there. find programs and press enter.
