Let's get something straight. Perhaps I got too sharp-tongued to Simon, 
but I want to make it extremely clear that I'm not necessarily 
contemplating suing anyone.  What I said (and ALL I said) was that legal 
action was an option, given the appropriate clause in the copyright 
statute and the pertinent case law.  Whether anyone sues is really his 
own business; however, if anyone finds a way to copy that bloody floppy, 
JH won't have a leg to stand on if they choose to react.
