call it an upgrade. going by the numbers, anything that increases the
number just to the right of the point is an upgrade. Hens:
2.231 is a patch,
2.3xx
after that is an upgrade or new version as the case may be and if you
look carefully at the speck on hj's page, you'll see that there are
additions and features that wouldn't occur with a patch.
