the changes are  more useful when on the wweb, one of the changes tells the
user the p c is doing processing, where this is very   useful is when waiting
on loading a web page.
this info is what is needed so you know that the page is actually loading, as
opposed to the browser  wasting time over a missing file.
if you know it is loading you can wait,  if it is not one can move on to
something else.
