Hello hello,
I ran Defrag that came with Norton System Works. I then lost my
authorization key! I often get curious and do things, and I was hoping
that I would not lose my JFW key because of this, but finally, this had
to happen to me unfortunately. I have written to HJ to revive my key.
Do I need to remove that hidden key file from my harddisk before I
install another key?
By the way, I also had a dream about losing my key in the past. That
was much worse.
