Hi,

        Yes I removed Norton from my system, dangerous program that norton is.
However, if you would call Norton, they have a fix it for the defrag that
might work. Assuming that you are bent on keeping Norton on your system.

        Works something like going into speed disk, or speed start, going to
hidden files, and finding an aread where you type in two file names, both
related to the Jfw key. I don't know how reliable this fix it is, as jfw
dosn't trust this either.
