Editing an e-mail message received in oE.

Sorry for what may be a very simple question!  I have received several
messages in my in-box which I would like to resend to others.  I would,
however, like to cut out all the previous forwarding material and internet
headers, which are contained in the message.  Could someone help?  I don't
think I can edit the message with the edit menu and I have no other ideas.
