Hi John and all:
To get JFW to say single digits, go into configuration manager(Insert+6) and select  
the set options menu and choose
"Text Processing..."  Tab over until you get to the Number Processing group of radio 
buttons and then cursor down until you hear 
"Number Processing, single digits"
