I have not been able to delete messages since Saturday. I read yesterday that
some people were unable to load JAWS & some mentioned inability to delete. When
I downloaded the 'eloq.jls' file as directed, I thought this would fix the
deletion problem.
WRONG! I have 264 messages & would like to delete before I reach some kind of
limit.
Is there a fix for this or can someone advise what to do?
I cannot delete from the List View Message file in OE or the Sent Messages file.
I was able to do a complete delete of all messages in the Delete Messages file.
I thought this would help but WRONG again.
When I was asked for permission to Compact, I said Yes & hoped this would
relieve the situation. WRONG once more.
I'm out of ideas. Is anyone else having this problem?
