Can't unload JFW when Launching Open book

Hello Listers,
I have been trying unsuccessfully for two days to allow JFW v3.2.031 and
Open Book v3.5 to peaceably co-exist on my computer.  I have copied all of
the appropriate files from Arkenstone's multi-SSIL tech bulletin and have
installed everything to the letter.  I have created an openbook.jcf file
with sleep mode enabled.  I have talked to an Arkenstone tech person and
verified that I have followed the procedures are correct.  Still no dice!
Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
