When I load Open Book with JfW running, I get no speech in Open Book.  I
also cannot close the program and JFW no longer speaks. If I try to use the
SSIL as the driver rather than the DTE, I get an error message stating
something like "major Problem:  Cannot load speech driver dte.dll."When I
run OB without JFW running, it comes up, though after  more delay than I
previously recall.
