Something similar happens to me in Excel when I try to save a spreadsheet
as an HTML file. It seems the dialog box has a dual focus, and only the
Jaws cursor will read the screen. Is your problem the same, or does Jaws
quit altogether?
An Assistive Technologies Trainer from the Iowa Dept. for the Blind helped
me write a script to route the Jaws to PC cursor, read the first word, and
switch back to the PC cursor. This reads the words on the buttons, and
makes that particular wizard usable.
