Hi Gang:
Though it is true that the latest drivers will stop the stuttering when a
key is pressed, there is still problems with the SBLive card. After
prolonged usage, disk activity begins to interupt speech quite a bit.
Another situation which makes the speech stutter is when Real Audio G2 is
loaded. It's a strange situation and I can't quite know what to make of it.
The problem seems to get worse as the computer is receiving prolonged usage
as I said. I have tried different mother boards in an effort to isolate the
problem; however, the problem keeps cropping up.
While I'm on it, is there anyone out there who has experimented using two
sound cards in a computer. Is this workable?
