eloquence and sb live

Hi all.
Just wondered if there is an answer to why eloquence stops before the
current phrase has finished?
I installed the latest soundblaster live drivers dated november 25 98 and
eloquence starts to speak then just stops.
I would appreciate any response on this because if eloquence stops speaking
there is no way of installing the next jfw 3.3 upgrade using eloquence.
