These directions assume you know how to find a file using the find program
on your start menu, and you are focused on the file you wish to send from
it.
(*) indicates the choice to make either with the arrow keys or the enter
key.

While on the selected file in your find menu, Alt+f to invoke the file menu
which will give you a list as follows or something like:
Open
Scan for viruses
Print
New
Quick view
Add to zip
Add to(name of file) zip
*Send to submenu

There may be other choices but the one you want is the send to submenu at
which point you right arrow over one time and continue reading down arrow
the list of choices as presented:
My briefcase
Web publishing wizard
Three and a half floppy (a)
Desktop as shortcut
Fax recipient
*Mail recipient
Mail recipient using Microsoft Outlook

When you are focused on mail recipient press the enter key. This will give
you a bunch of verbiage until it finally stops at the to: field of a
message. Confirm this by using the say line insert+uparrow command and you
should hear to:
At this point type in the name of the person or the email address to whom
you wish to send the selected file. At this point you have formed a link
between a message and the file you wish to send. Fill out the message
fields by tabbing as usual with one exception. Do not write in the subject
line. I repeat do not write in the subject line. You can confirm the
subject line with your say line command but do not write in it, since this
will cause the message and file not to be sent, giving you an error message
when you invoke the send/receive command.
When you have tabbed to the body of the message, you can write the message
you desire to send. Use the alt+s command to place the message with the
file attachment in your outbox. Press the control+m to send the message and
file via your ISP.
It is done. You have sent the selected file to the chosen email address.
