It sure would be nice if an HJ representative posted timely, authoritative,
and full information about such news items which are obviously of interest
to JFW users. Not only would it benefit the many subscribers to this list
(and other JFW users they talk to), but I think the company would also
benefit from a reduced number of email and phone inquiries. I suggest HJ
implement a policy under which an announcement is sent to this list whenever
there is a significant update to its web site, explaining the new
developments and providing direct links as appropriate.
