Goldmine is a contact database software similar to ACT. Used to store
contacts(people/companies) you need to contact. Somewhat similar to an
address book but with many additional fields and other fields enabling you
to group and categorize contacts for future call backs. Most have the
ability to FAX, send Emails and create word processor documents that can be
sent to a group of people.
