Hi Elmer.
First, check the name of the file you downloaded onto your home computer. It should
be jfw33013beta.exe. If not, then
you do not have the correct file, which could explain the expiration problem. You can
get a new copy from the "software
downloads" link on the Henter-Joyce web site at http://www.hj.com.
Second, the office shortcut bar should not have an affect on what happens in a DOS
window. Try maximizing this
window. Read the answer to your third question below.
Third, your DOS window is currently set to full screen. After opening the DOS window,
press alt-enter to change it to
display in a window. You may, then, maximize this DOS window by pressing alt-space,
followed by the letter x.
