Hi,
Did you insert your authorization disc when it prompted for it? From what
I was told, you should not insert your authorization disc when it tells you
to but tab to cancel and press enter. Then you may be asked if you have a
disc and tab to no and press enter. This was an oversight on HJ's part I
think but try that.
