It's because, there is a graphic within the IE favorites drop down menu,
that has a label of "Application control window". As you know, this is an
option accessed by pressing [Alt]+[Spacebar]. This control window allows
you to "Restore, maximize, minimize, etc." the application.
Just use the "Jaws cursor" to locate the graphic within the favorites drop
down menu (It's usually towards the bottom). Then bring up the graphics
labeler to delete the applications control text label. Make sure to save
the changes to the application file, not the default.
