Hi,
When you have made changes to your sound, you must tab to apply, hit enter,
then tab to okay and hit enter. Is she just tabbing to okay and enter
because if she is, your change wil not be saved. Also are you doing this in
the control panel under sounds? If not, go into control panel and enter on
soundss, tab to the combo box and arrow up and down to make your choice and
then go to apply, etc. As far as jaws not coming up, go innto programs and
hit s for startup and see if jaws is listed in her startup group If it
isn't, and yyou want jaws to start up itself, it needs to be put in the
startup group.
