I have gotten about five emails telling me that they too tried downloading
from the los angeles server and had the same thing happen as I did. I wnet
to the florida sight and had noproblem.
I suspect that this was the problem. The file size if I remember correctly
was about 12.3 mb or so, somewhere in there. whatever it was, it worked.
I do have one question for you. Can I go into connections inside view in
internet explorer and change the minutes before it gives me the disconnect
message to say 60 minutes, or say, 30 minutes. As of now it is set at 20
minutes. Or, would I go into log on, wait till the connection time ends,
and then check the box that says never give me this message again? And what
does this do if I check that box? Wouldn't that just ignore what will
happen anyway, it would disconnect? Or, checking that box would let it stay
connected for only the alotted time that I set in connections under view in
internet explorer? What is the best way to set this up for fugure times
when it knocks me out during a long download. Can't I just go in and change
the time allowed before disconnect and up that to one hour or longer just
for that one long download? How would you set this up, or better yet, how
is your set up?
