Hi Julio,
I suspect that all that is happening is that the loaded copy of Jfw is
seeing the Eudora is loaded and also loading the correct script files
to work with it. The version of JFW that you are using without first
unloading Eudora will therefore, not know that Eudora is loaded and is
probably trying to work with Eudora but using the default script files.
As a matter of interest, try loading Eudora with a version of JFW
loaded, then, unload JFW and load another version. But then, unload
and re-load Eudora. Is the problem cured doing this also?

Subject: Ticket No. 32302 FW: freaky global voice take over and more
Date: 22 April 1999 09:50
The problem with the Global Voice settings taking over all the other
voice
settings has disappeared. I don't know what caused it or what caused it
to
go away.
Concerning the other issue with loosing the ability to read most text
in
Eudora, I have additional information.
1. If I am in Eudora 4.0 and switch between JFW 3.20.31 and the beta
copy
(regardless of which was loaded first) the problem is activated. By
"switching" I mean that I unload one and load the other without exiting
Eudora.
2. If I exit Eudora and reload it, then, regardless of which version of
JFW
is running, the problem disappears.
Another words, when I'm running Eudora 4.0, I cannot switch between the
versions of JFW32 and 33 without also reloading Eudora. If I don't do
this,
then nothing within Eudora reads properly; message text, lists, etc.
I am not sure if this happens with any other application. I would love
to
know if this happens with anyone else system.
