Hi.
To find out the synth settings from JFW 3.2 go to the JFW32 directory and
open the JFW.INI file.
Arrow down to the synthesizer section. You will find the comport settings
there.
Here is an example from my jfw.ini file.
[Synthesizers]
Synth1Name=dte
Synth1LongName=DECtalk Express
Synth1Port=com1:9600,n,8,1,x
Synth1Driver=dte
Note the line Synth1Port=com1:9600,n,8,1,x
Tells you that the dectalk is on comport 1.

Hi.
I'm curious to know if there's some sort of log file that lists the install
settings that my vendor set up for JFW 3.2 and specifies which ports the Dec
express and Braille lite devices would be connected to. I haven't used the
Braille Lite yet, but I plan to with 3.3.
Can someone help?
