Hey! What happened to mmy toolbar?

Hi,
   I've just installed JFW 3.3, the final release. Now, my toolbar in
Outlook Express 4 won't work when I press Insert+F8! What happened? By the
way, it's currently checked in the View menu, and I have the text labels
enabled. Please help!
