Well Kelly, had the same problem here--spoke to HJ today about another issue
and mentioned it as well as wrote about it. You might do the same.
You can do a ctrl-M or ctrl-shift-m to download your mail and actually that
works just fine but I agree with you, I miss it and it's mentioned in their
help screens so they need to check that out.
