Hi Tom,
Have you also recently downloaded a recent update to Internet Explorer 5 through the
Windows Update site? I started noticing a
similar problem after doing this, with JFW 3.30.22 installed as well. On my system,
pressing insert-f5 right after IE has started or
immediately after a new page is pressed generated some sort of inaccessible error
dialog which could be dismissed by pressing
enter. I could then continue. Frustrating.
Anyhow, the new IE 5 update adds some sort of searching facility to your toolbar. Go
into "explorer bar" and press enter on
"search" to turn this feature off. Knock on wood, this seems as though it might have
solved the insert-f5 problem. Will keep
everyone posted.
Regards.
