Hi,
Yes. Check to see if you have the web search option active. My experience is showing
that this causes problems with insert-f5.
First, check to see if this is a problem.
1.
Use the JAWS cursor to read just below the address bar. Do you see information about
doing a web search, despite which page
you open?
2.
If so, press control-e to deactivate this enhancement.
See if that solves your problem.
